Built around the booking desk
Westgrove started in Edmonton in 2018 with appointment and customer-contact support for independent garages. The service grew from a familiar front-desk problem: several people needed an update, but the workshop still had to do the work.
Our role is to keep the administrative record clear and move questions to the person responsible for answering them.

The coordinator's role
Service Booking Coordinators confirm bookings, keep callback logs and pass estimate questions to service advisers. They work from the garage or fleet operator's instructions and record any decision received from the authorised contact.
Coordinators need clear communication, accurate records and the judgement to recognise when a question belongs with a technical or approval contact.
What customers can expect
An appointment should be recorded clearly. A message should explain what is needed. A decision should come from the person responsible for making it. These are modest standards, but they make a busy desk easier to hand over.
Our support is arranged during agreed office hours. We do not present administrative cover as an emergency response or a repair service.
